1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Bonusory (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Netseline Ltd (“Netseline”), the contracting party for these terms. Where these terms refer to “we” or “us”, that means Netseline Ltd.
2. What Bonusory is (and isn't)
Bonusory is an editorial directory and comparison site for casino bonuses. We list, review, and rank offers published by third-party online casinos and we earn a commission when readers click through and sign up.
- We are not a casino, sportsbook, or gambling operator.
- We do not accept wagers, hold player balances, or process bets.
- We do not issue bonuses ourselves. Every bonus listed is offered and fulfilled by the third-party casino, on its own terms.
- All listings are for informational purposes. Always read the casino's terms before depositing.
3. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bonusory. The legal gambling age in your jurisdiction may be higher (e.g. 21 in some U.S. states), and you are responsible for confirming that gambling is legal where you are. By using the Service you confirm that you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict accounts, or remove content if we have reason to believe a user is underage or is using the Service from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
4. Accounts
You may use Bonusory without an account. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You may delete your account at any time from My Account → Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (see Section 11).
5. Affiliate disclosure
Bonusory earns commissions when readers click on certain outbound links and subsequently register or deposit at the linked casino. These commissions help fund our editorial work. We mark sponsored placements where required and we do not let commissions dictate how we rate offers — see our editorial standards on the About page.
6. Bonus information disclaimer
Bonus terms (wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry windows, country availability, bonus codes) are set by the casino and can change without notice. We update listings as quickly as we can, but we cannot guarantee that any specific bonus will be available, valid, or honored at the time you click through.
Always check the casino's own terms before depositing. Bonusory is not a party to any agreement between you and a casino, and we are not responsible for how a casino administers its bonuses, payouts, or accounts.
7. Intellectual property
The Bonusory name, logo, design, written reviews, guides, and all original content on the Service are owned by Netseline Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution.
You may not scrape, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Casino names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification.
8. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems, or the systems we connect to.
- Interfere with the Service's normal operation (e.g. denial-of-service, abusive scraping, automated requests at scale).
- Submit false information, impersonate someone else, or create accounts on behalf of someone without their permission.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
9. Third-party links and content
Bonusory contains links to third-party websites (most notably casinos). We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Following such a link is at your own risk and is governed by that third party's terms.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netseline Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netseline Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (typically zero, since the Service is free), or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, if continued service would expose us to legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will give notice.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Netseline Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a right to bring the dispute in your local courts.
